Now looking better with some exterior color. Also in the middle of drywall this week: it’s hung and ready to be taped. It’s 95 today, so I dont’ think they’ll need to crank up the heaters for the taping compound drying.
You can start to get a sense of the aesthetic here with the straight lines, Fry Reglet metal edge detailing, ample glass, horizontal window grids, and contemporary color palette. It’s remarkable how different these townhomes are compared to 95% of what’s out there in the Seattle market.
