Countertops PaperStone Certified 100% recycled paper

For countertops we selected PaperStone Certified, which is 100% recycled paper compressed with a phenol binder that has zero detectable formaldehyde off-gassing. So it’s healthy even though it’s a composite type product, and it’s made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper. Bonus, it’s made locally. Here’s their product photo since it came out better than the ones on my cell phone camera. Again using products such as these aligns with the LEED for Homes pilot program.
The PaperStone was purchased at the Environmental Home Center in Seattle. They are the Green equivalent to Home Depot, except smaller.
