Archtecture 2030 – the 2030 Challenge

Cascade Built has adopted the 203o Challenge. I might add that we are the first Seattle developer/builder to do so. If you don’t know what the 2030 Challenge is, go to their website and learn more. Basically, it’s about how the building community – architects, builders, contractors, etc., have an incredible opportunity to change the course of global warming by designing better buildings. Did you know that 75% of electricity is consumed by the buildings we live and work in? That means that especially developers are uniquely positioned to take a lead and make a change. It’s in our best interests.
