Cascade Built was founded by Sloan Ritchie to build quality sustainable homes and is one of the earliest participants in the USGBC’s LEED for Homes pilot program, a rating system that promotes the design and construction of high-performance green homes.

While LEED certification is not a new concept in Seattle, now used extensively in commercial construction, LEED for Homes is making it’s first debut.
