LEED Certification never looked so good!

The Jackson townhomes are now officially LEED Certified at the Silver Level. They are the first townhouses in Seattle to be LEED Certified, and were early participants in the pilot program (now the LEED for Homes rating system is in its final form). Local firm O’Brien & Company performed the 3rd party rating, and helped navigate the LEED certification process.
