ICFs Insulated Concrete Forms

Here are some shots of the ICFs from the inside after completion. Note that these were completed prior to framing, so the sequence is a little off.
This one is the SW corner, these are retaining walls and exterior grade is almost at the top of this wall.
Wall assembly: 2.25″ EPS foam, 8″ concrete & steel, 2.25″ EPS foam, Aqua rub-r waterproofing, stucco finish.
This is in the kitchen, the window at R is over the sink. The 2×6 embedded above is for kitchen cabinet installation.
