LEED Platinum certification

Sorry for the hiatus, the last month of compressed construction schedule was very busy. The open house was last night and today I just found out we did achieve LEED Platinum. The rater at O’Brien & Co just gave me confirmation of that. Here’s a picture of James the rater doing the blower door test a month or so back.
But most importantly we achieved some pretty amazing stuff on this house. Check it out:
