Cascade Built was founded by Sloan Ritchie to build quality, sustainable homes in Seattle. Cascade Built is one of the earliest participants in the LEED® for Homes pilot program, including one of the first LEED Platinum Homes.
Our vision is contemporary urban design using sustainable building practices and a smaller environmental footprint. The result is a comfortable custom home with a fresh urban design that is the envy of the neighborhood.
We are passionate about developing homes that emphasize the uniqueness of Seattle’s urban core and enhance rather than detract from its community. We set ourselves apart by our deep commitment to environmental stewardship and delivery on that promise.
