Jackson Place Townhomes
Jackson Place is Seattle’s first LEED certified townhome project, Constructed by Cascade Built in 2007 in the central area of Seattle on a tiny urban in-fill lot. Key features include Heat Recovery Ventilation HRV and non-toxic finishes for healthy indoor air quality, advanced framing for resource efficiency and better insulation, and sustainable elements including a rain garden and Paperstone countertops. Designed by Patricia Bittner of Bilt Architects.
