Jackson Place Townhomes

Jackson Place is Seattle’s first LEED certified townhome project, built in 2007 in the central area of Seattle on a tiny urban in-fill lot. Key features include Heat Recovery Ventilation HRV and non-toxic finishes for healthy indoor air quality, advanced framing for resource efficiency and better insulation, and sustainable elements including a rain garden and Paperstone countertops.
Beacon Place Condos

Beacon Place is a condominium conversion project just a few blocks from the international district on Beacon Hill. The original building from 1955 was salvaged and converted into Built Green condos, featuring thermal comfort, non-toxic finishes for healthy indoor air quality, and a durable interior and exterior.
