Madison Valley Remodel

Refresh of a 1980 contemporary, added rainscreen with Hardi panel & clear cedar at entry with exposed stainless fasteners, spore doorbell, and completely new interior: skim coat, new floors, gut and new open modern kitchen and baths, added insulation where walls were opened.
Victorian

This century old Victorian was in need of an update, and a new open floor plan, so we connected the living, dining, kitchen and hall to create a big open modern functional space for today’s families, including heated tile bathroom floors, tankless hot water heating, and hydronic space heating.
Willow Craftsman

Original Sears Craftsman kit house, retrofitted original garage to current codes and added 2 beds and 1 bath to the lower level, in keeping with period details.
Lake City Addition

Current remodel & addition project includes R-20 under slab, hydronic in-floor heat, advanced framing, insulation retrofit and open floor plan for a growing family.
