1419 24TH AVENUE is an eight-story, 107-unit apartment building located in Seattle’s Central District neighborhood. The project is approximately 48,000 gross square feet and includes approximately 35,000 square feet of rentable residential area. There is no commercial space. The unit mix includes (17) one-bedroom units, (10) studio units, and (80) small efficiency dwelling units. Code-required bike parking will be provided on site. Located around the block from a thriving urban corner, the 1419 24th Avenue provides modest amenities that complement the existing neighborhood amenities. The entry-lobby is spacious enough for tenants to wait for a rideshare or public transit, as well as to provide secure package and mail services. An adjacent break-out space provides a location for an on-site leasing agent. Also located on the ground-floor, in an area where residential units are not permitted due to site constraints, is a bike storage room, tenant-storage units, and a small gym with basic workout equipment. Seventy-five feet above the street, a rooftop deck has panoramic views of the Cascade range, Mount Rainier, and Mount Baker. One floor below, a common area lounge with a TV area and coffee bar provides tenants with an indoor amenity space. Hal Real State is a partner on this Passive Building project.
