The Daily Journal of Commerce announced our latest project in Madison Park, a three-story house with two adjacent townhouses.
“Construction will at least meet the Built Green 4-star standard. Cascade Built said the airtight homes will also have additional energy efficient measures, including exterior insulation, heat recovery ventilators, and super efficient European tilt and turn windows.
Cascade Built owner Sloan Ritchie said this will provide better air quality and make the houses more comfortable.
He said the project will use durable and sustainable local materials; construction waste will be recycled; and there will be native landscaping and pervious surfaces.”
