Park Passive Open to the Public on Friday

Our first Passive House, Park Passive in Madison Park will be open to the general public on Friday, November 13th, as part of International Passive House Days, a worldwide open house event happening this weekend. Affordable, comfortable, and environmentally friendly—the Passive House embodies the best in sustainable construction. Typically, buildings meeting the Passive House Standard use 80 to 90 percent less energy for heating and cooling, savings far greater than any other building standard delivers.

All tours are free. Visitors are welcome between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
